Service Terms
- All quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on actual site conditions, tank accessibility, and the amount of work required.
- The property owner or authorized representative must be present or available by phone at the time of service.
- Access to the septic tank must be clear and accessible for our pump truck. If the tank lid is buried or inaccessible, additional fees may apply for locating and excavation.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to septic tanks, pipes, baffles, or drain fields discovered during service.
- All waste is transported and disposed of at approved facilities in compliance with state and local regulations.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following:

Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer that time slot to another customer.
- •Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.
- •Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee at our discretion.
